These rules establish your and the Seller's rights, obligations, and responsibilities when purchasing goods in the online store.

1. General provisions

These goods purchase–sale rules (hereinafter – Rules) are a legal agreement between:

Ligita Mačiulskė, individual activity certificate No. 1352556 (hereinafter – Seller)
and
You (hereinafter – Buyer).

1.2 These rules regulate the purchase of goods (hereinafter – Goods) and gift vouchers (hereinafter – Gift vouchers) in the online store:
www.amicewear.com (hereinafter – E-store).

1.3 Only individuals who have the right to enter into a binding contract can purchase in the E-store:

  • persons not younger than 18 years
  • or minors with the consent of parents or legal representatives

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

2. The purchasing process

2.1 After selecting the Goods, they are added to the cart.

2.2 Before placing an order, you must:

  • enter the correct delivery information
  • check the selected Goods
  • correct possible errors

2.3 The data you provide is processed according to Privacy Policy.

2.4 By placing an order, you commit to pay the specified price for the Goods.

  • Prices are indicated in euros (EUR)
  • All taxes are included in the price
  • A delivery fee may apply additionally

2.5 Payment must be made immediately after placing the order.

2.6 The contract is considered concluded when:

  • The seller receives your order
  • and receives payment confirmation

2.7 After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

2.8 The order is executed only upon receipt of payment.

2.9 The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

These provisions also apply when purchasing Gift vouchers.

3. Payment methods

Payment can be made:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Electronic banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, Artea)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payments are processed through Montonio Finance, UAB.

4. Product characteristics and quality

4.1 The characteristics of the products are indicated next to each product description.

4.2 The seller ensures that the goods meet the legal requirements and are suitable for use.

4.3 Colors or shapes may vary slightly due to device settings – this is not considered a defect.

4.4 The seller is obliged to deliver the goods according to the order, but is not responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect buyer data.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1 The buyer chooses the delivery method and specifies the address.

5.2 Delivery is carried out through parcel self-service terminals.

5.3 Delivery times are preliminary and may vary due to:

  • large order volume
  • courier load

5.4 You will be notified of the shipment's dispatch via email with a tracking number.

5.5 Upon receiving the shipment, check its contents. If items are missing – immediately inform the seller.

6. Return and exchange

These terms are an integral part of the rules.

7. Gift vouchers

7.1 Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified on them.

7.2 Unused coupons:

  • are not extendable
  • money is non-refundable

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All trademarks, designs, texts, and content belong to the seller or legitimate owners.

8.2 Prohibited:

  • copy
  • distribute
  • use without permission

9. Liability

9.1 The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods according to the legal acts.

9.2 The buyer is responsible for:

  • the correct data
  • the correct delivery address

10. Change of rules

10.1 The seller has the right to change the rules.

10.2 The latest version is always published on the website.

10.3 The version of the rules applicable to the order is the one in effect at the time of the order.

11. Final provisions

11.1 The rules are established according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2 Disputes are resolved:

  • in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania
  • or through the State Consumer Rights Protection Service

11.3 Notifications are sent via email:

  • To the seller – uzsakymai@amicewear.com
  • To the buyer – to the email specified at the time of order

11.4 If any part of the rules becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
