Each order is shipped within 1-3 business days of payment receipt.
2. Delivery Countries
Items are delivered to the following countries:
- Lithuania
- Latvia
- Estonia
- other European Union countries
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered by the following methods:
In Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia:
- Omniva parcel machines
- LP Express parcel machines
- SmartPost parcel machines
- Unisend parcel machines
To other European Union countries:
- Courier service
4. Delivery Times
After the order is shipped:
- delivery to parcel machines usually takes 1–3 business days.
- delivery time to other EU countries usually takes 5-7 business days (delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's country and the courier service's operations).
Important: delivery times are preliminary and may vary in exceptional cases due to higher shipment volumes, holiday periods, or disruptions in courier operations.
5. Delivery Costs
- In Lithuania 1.95eur - 2.30eur. Currently, free shipping is applied.
- In Latvia 3eur - 4eur, in Estonia 3eur - 4eur. Currently, free shipping is applied.
- In other European countries, courier service - 15eur. For purchases of 200eur and more, shipping is free.
The exact shipping cost is provided at the time of order, after selecting the preferred delivery method and delivery country.
6. Important Information
- The order is processed only after payment is received
- Production time and delivery time are calculated separately
- The buyer must provide accurate delivery information
- The seller is not responsible for delivery delays if they occur due to incorrectly provided information or circumstances beyond the control of the delivery service providers
