Money Return Policy

Welcome to AMICEWEAR.COM.

We always strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, if the purchased item does not suit you, you can exercise your right to return or exchange it.

1. Return Period

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller via email:

2. Return Conditions

The item being returned/exchanged must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • It must retain its original appearance
  • The item must be with all original tags
  • It must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be clean and not diminished in value

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of the item if it does not meet the above conditions.

3. Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), the same 14-day return procedure applies.
In the case of an exchange, the buyer pays for the return shipping. 

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made items are not returnable or exchangeable.

A custom order is considered an item that has been made according to the Buyer’s personal needs, such as:

  • adjusted product length
  • individual hip or waist measurements
  • tailoring to individual measurements

This provision is applied in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

5. Return Costs

The costs of returning items are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where:

  • the item is defective
  • the wrong item was received

6. Refund

  • The refunded amount includes only the price of the item (shipping fees are not refunded)
  • The money is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase
  • The refund is processed within up to 10 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the item

7. Liability for Diminished Value of Goods

The Buyer is responsible for the diminished value of the item if it has been used in a manner other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
